  • DO YOU AUTHENTICATE?
    Yes. We are entrupy verified company. We use their massive data base and algorithm to authenticate high end designer brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, YSL, etc. The cost for each certificate is $25.00.   • WHAT IS YOUR MODE OF PAYMENT?
    We accept all major credit cards, Please note that there may be additional charges when using credit card payment. For Manual/cash payments we accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash app ($LustreBllc), E-interact (Canada), credit card payments, paypal payments and Peso through BPI.   • DO YOU ACCEPT LAY AWAY?
    Each month we have available slot for our Lay away program. There are two options to choose from: A. 30% DP to reserve, +$50 one time lay away fee, remaining balance payable in 3 months with 2 weeks interval. (payment every two weeks) B. 50% DP to reserve 1 month to pay or total 4 weeks. No lay away fee C. Affirm payment is also available. ​ Please message us at MiNaz@lustreb.com or click here if interested to enroll in this program. We will send you an invoice to confirm enrollment. Kindly provide proof of payment (screenshot message) to reserve your piece. We will ship your item as soon as payment is complete.

    We do not accept returns, however, we offer 100% money back guaranty if our products are proven counterfit (with documentation from another authentication service. We strive our best to provide the most detailed descritpion of each items, some of which are brand new. We also priced our items competitively and does not add any to cover the expenses incurred for returns and restocking fee.
